The Indian Creek Village Public Safety Department utilizes the most up to date equipment and technology available to law enforcement.

Bike Patrol Continuing the practice of up-close and personal policing several members of the agency have recently received their certification in Police Cycling Techniques.

The agency was the first law enforcement agency in the State of Florida to carry automated external defibrillators (AED's).

 

The ICVPSD operates the only 24 hours per day, 7 days a week marine patrol unit and it is often the only waterborne police force available on Biscayne Bay.

All officers are required to be certified marine patrol officers. The ICVPSD fleet consists of a 23' Protector/Razor and a 28' Mako Vessel.
